Using a timer and index cards, I will monitor my studying over the course of one hour. If at any time during that hour I stray from the task at hand I will not earn a check. If I stay on task and continue working during the hour, I will receive a check. A checkmark will result in a 10 min. break. After I have earned 3 checks on a card, I will earn $5. When I collect 5 cards with 3 checks, I can shop at Target w/ the $ earned.

| For my final week of my contract, I succeeded in reaching my goal. As I have previously reported, I am certain it is directly correlated with the amount of projects and exams I have going on this week. | |

| Unfortunately, I was successful this week but failed to report it on time. I met my goal of 3 hours of studying per day for five days. Again, I had 2 projects due this week, so I believe that contributed to my goal. Unfortunately, my computer charger quit working Thursday evening so I have been without a computer since. While I received the reminders to update my goal, I failed to do so using my phone. | |

| This week I was able to meet my goal (finally)! I am kind of disappointed at how difficult it has been, although there are changes I would make to my commitment if redoing it. This week I had a paper due which helped push me (force me) to meet my goal. I anticipate meeting my goal again next week as I again have a paper due. | |

| For Week 2, I again completed three cards with three check marks and earned $15. For the two days that I was unable to complete my cards, I paid my husband %10 ($5 x 2). I have realized that when writing my goal, I did not take into consideration that twelve hours work days followed by two hours at church group would leave very little study time. | |
