Week 5 of 5

lgbsmom commits to:
I commit to exercise for at least 30 minutes three times each week for 5 weeks. The 30 minute time period may be cumulative throughout the day. It does not have to be 30 consecutive minutes. Exercise options include (but are not limited to) walking, bicycling, walking the dog, mowing the lawn, lifting weights, playing with kids, etc. I will track exercise on the family calendar and report to Jane Cheshire when I am struggling to meet my goal or have successfully met the goal.

I am stretching to find ways to fit in exercise...going up and down the attic steps at school...mowing the lawn...it's all good!

Barely made it this week...had to count mowing the lawn as exercise. It is very hard for me to make time for any kind of exercise. Needed to keep reminding myself it didn't have to be 30 consecutive minutes...just a grand total.
