| I didn't read or take notes at all this week. I think I realized that if I missed one day the whole week is a waste so I gave up before I even started. I don't find that giving up $5 a week is punishing at all. It doesn't bother me having to give that money to my nemesis when the immediate reinforcer of doing something more fun is available. I'd rather procrastinate than keep my $5. Even though I was largely unsuccessful for this entire 5 weeks I don't feel like I've lost anything. | |
