| I had a really good week committing to my goal. I spent an entire day that I had off work at the library working on assignments and working ahead. I allowed myself to purchase a shirt at then end of the week I had been wanting for the work I had done all week. I stayed on top of all of my supervision documents as well as planning ahead for the next few weeks. | |

| This week I am struggling to meet my goal in one of my classes. As I do at the beginning of every week, I checked the syllabus for each of my courses at the beginning of the week to see what I had due. When I looked at the syllabus not only once, but twice on a different day, I saw I only had an exam due in one course. Before attempting to start my exam tonight I rechecked my syllabus. Upon looking at it a third time, I realized I have two important assignments due tomorrow that I looked over at the beginning of the week and have not been working on. While they are not due until tomorrow, I am now struggling to complete the assignments and feel very rushed and unorganized. While I do know I will complete the assignments, If I do not I will not receive an A for the semester. If I fail to complete the assignments on time, I will spend the weekend at the library working further ahead on course work. If I get the assignment completed, I will allow myself to engage in the plans I had already arranged for the weekend. | |

| I am continuing to reach out to my professors with any questions I have regarding courses. I am also studying the text, going through all course documents multiple times, and making sure I am submitting all assignment according to the syllabus and checklists/rubrics. | |
