Exercise four days during the week. One exercise session is defined as:
- At least 45 minutes of running and/or biking - Or at least 60 minutes of playing volleyball and/or tennis If I meet my goal of at least four days of exercise during the week, I earn the opportunity to go out with friends to a bar on Friday night. If I do not meet my goal of four days of exercise during the week, I lose the opportunity to go out with friends to a bar on Friday night. Instead I have to stay home and work
