| After almost ten years of heavy smoking, I officially quit a month ago. It's been a hard road. I relapsed nine days into it, but haven't smoked since. Unfortunately, my cravings won't go away and I started my third pack of step one patches today - I should be starting step three, which is the last step. I still have a long way to go. Upon completion of this contract, I will have completed the third step of the patches and will be completely nicotine-free. We'll see what happens! | |
