| Having success in challenging our employees to games and to beat certain goals for the day. It is opening up much needed conversations that wouldn't usually come up about their contribution to the teams goals. We are currently working closely with our CSS3's to observe and train employees more proactively. | |

| Continuing to observe our employees and give them the proper feedback to grow our CSI score. Very proud of the consistency we have shown in this category as of late. | |

| This is for the last two weeks. We have created a new observation form that we are waiting for approval to start using that have both the mobile devices on them and the rewards program on them. We are having more in-depth conversations with our associates on their performance and what they need to do to contribute to the teams success. | |
