Having success in challenging our employees to games and to beat certain goals for the day. It is opening up much needed conversations that wouldn't usually come up about their contribution to the teams goals. We are currently working closely with our CSS3's to observe and train employees more proactively.

Flipping the observation process and having the employees observe us in our interaction with the customer. Having a debreif of the interaction and what led to the success. What they felt we did great that they think they can work on. Having more meaningful conversations with our employees on their contribution to get the results

Continuing to observe our employees and give them the proper feedback to grow our CSI score. Very proud of the consistency we have shown in this category as of late.

This is for the last two weeks. We have created a new observation form that we are waiting for approval to start using that have both the mobile devices on them and the rewards program on them. We are having more in-depth conversations with our associates on their performance and what they need to do to contribute to the teams success.
