| 1:1 this last week was with Jessica going over her role as a CSS3 and what our expecations are as a leader in the store. Setting the tone for her training as a CSS3. Also held a 1:1 with Jeremy to go over the "why" behind our focus on games/having fun as a team to get the results. | |
