| We have increased our weekend Conversion on both Saturday and Sunday. By adding a mid person this really helped with coverage of the floor.We will be doing the same this week to check our consistency. | |

| By adding our mid person it did increase our hourly score for those hours. WE still have an opportunity on the last hours for both Sat and Sun. We will look at those for the next week. | |

| These last two weeks we noticed on the hourly report that by adding a mid shift allowed us to increase the conversion for those hours. We did have opportunities with the last hours of the day. | |
