| Last week we did see an improvement on our AOV. The Clearance buggy that we merchandised for the weekend traffic does sell well and helped our conversion. We reset all our front end area this week for our EBW that has alot of additional items that should move well. This may be the last week we leave the Clearance up front since it is the new direction. | |

| We have executed a very well merchandised buggy up front that is clean and priced right.It did sell additional items all week. It does work very well. Since our Regional Manager prefers to not have Clearance up front on a buggy we are looking to create a section within our Next In Line Area. | |

| We merchandised a very well looking Buggy and placed it in the first position as you walk in. It gets a lot of attention and has helped add on a item. | |
