| Week 3 was my first week on creatine. My body is changing nicely with the challenge, and I feel much better now than I have in awhile! The emphasis was on courage this week, so I tried to do a few things out of my comfort zone. | |

| This was a great week. I ate clean and did all of the tasks for that week in the program. I worked on my posture and walked around in the mall the other day as well! | |
