| A really good week! On track and focused. Had the worst migraine last night though. Hormones and stress from work maybe but will have to think about what I ate too. | |

| Hard week at work. Hosting workshops. Tried to make sure I had nuts etc as well as the hundreds of lollies my boss supplied which went down really well but I did cave by 7.30pm when we were preparing for our day. Didn't binge though so not too much of a slip. Our culture day workshop went well and the gm of people said our model asha put together and I tested and expanded was the best he has ever seen and he has worked with some of the big players in the space! Feel like I have earnt my position title I culture consultant now. Still on a high from it and back on track for the next reporting period! | |

| All going good think I'm starting to lose some fat! Want to keep it up until the wedding to see some real results! 54.5kg and feeling thinner in my clothes... A tiny tinny bit but hey it all counts! | |
