Have not been successful in taking my blood sugars like I should. Crazy almost insane how much work is to be done in such a short period of time. I have been successful at trying to be kind to myself. Have been getting 6 to 8 hours sleep every day this past week except Friday Night and it was 4, sitting in my massage chair 10 min. a day, took the management by strengths workshop to help me communicate with those I work with and practicing self preservation. |

| Working dilligently with many challenges this past week, 14 hour days,sons wedding at my home, a banquet of 165, trying to go live with new software at work and husbands health deterorating. I can do this! | |
