| we are getting back on track with our observations, we have also hired 2 new cashiers so this will be a good tool to use on how the training is going | |

| have really been down in our observations this week have been down some staff members with illness and with the uofa returning our focus has been on the customer next week we will get back on track as we do have a couple new staff members and this would be a way to see how they are fitting in | |
