My fav composition textbook, The Allyn and Bacon Guide to Writing, says, "Expert writers begin the writing process early and get as far as they can before their deadline looms. Then they let the deadline give them the energy for intensive revision" (444). Yours truly must improve in this department! My novel CLUTCH is late in process but I must do battle with it one more time before I send a full, nearly submittable to writer friends for feedback. Next StikK commitment will be submitting CLUTCH.
