been eating less. need to focus on ez/fun workouts for the next few weeks

gave myself 24hr grace period. Wednesday I weighed 177.5. Probably water weight? Need to clean up diet! Next goal after this, get down to 170 in 3 weeks, then maintain for 12

need to reduce alcohol. Body more tired than last week. Sick/tired a lot. Reduce calories, get through this week of training, then taper like hell next week b/f Cyman!

think I'm over-trained. My body has been sore for days and my food appetite has not settled. need to tone intensity/volume down, increase fruits/veggies/protein and add a second strength session per week. 2nd strenght will improve metabolism while decreasing training volume
