not viewing internet videos from any sites EXCEPT You Tube, Rotten Tomatoes, Netflix, various news agencies, any sent to me by friends, or because I am watching a film or a TV series. I can only break this rule if I am made to view a video by friends or forces beyond my personal control. When watching a video, it must ONLY be for educational or entertainment purposes, not to relieve personal needs.
