Note that real weight is 147.9. Probably by the next period I'll be able to report my actual weight, rather than the adjusted weight of -2 pounds due to the starting error.

Actual Weight is 150. I evidently started at 152, so 152 is the "150" starting point

I don't know if I actually weight 150 lbs. I'll find out soon. Whatever I weigh, that's the "150" lbs, and looking at myself I think I can stand to lose 15 lbs healthily. What I do know for sure, though, is that the first time I lost weight too fast, and that's partly why I gained almost all of it back immediately. What I'm looking to do is slow this whole process down-- there's no rush, and there never was. What ultimately matters is that I make robust lifestyle changes that stick around indefinitely-- tracking my food intake is one of them, and generally eating better is another. The goal will be to lose weight very slowly, but steadily, and avoid the food binging behavior that seems to have taken over since I lost weight the first time. This is a longer commitment contract than I would normally say is a good idea, but since I'm looking to instill a more or less permanent set of habits, I think 15 weeks is appropriate. The stakes are relatively high, but I have confidence in myself.
