Awesome Girl, you're really kicking butt. M y doctor changed my sleeping pill, so hopefully I get some sleep and am motivated daily to exercise. I have kept up the walking though. Plan to sign up for this and become a member, maybe it will help to get me more motivated lately. Keep up the good work and I am proud of you.

Wow! I sweated my butt off working out this week! I even went out for a walk after working all day which I HAVE NOT been able to do. I kept telling myself I would get energized and just go out for a 15 min. walk and I ended up going for 30 min. b/c I was already out there. My steps varied from 12,394 to 14,039. My minimum is set at 11,000. Two days I went out for 6 mile walks. I had errands to run; I could have taken alternative means but I wanted to use them as my steps for the day. I am thrilled to report I lost 2 in. from my hips and 2 in. from my waist. I also used exercise when I got bored whether it was working out or going for a walk. It's about time I got down to business. Now I just need to stay on track which at this point isn't too difficult since I reaped the rewards this week. However, I did pat myself on the week for all my work this week. In fact, I deserve to reward myself this week which is one of my goals too.

Yes that is how I've treated this week. I read an article that said when people overeat instead of doing like you did and just eat healthy for your next choice they just keep at it, so they end up messing up big time instead of just one thing. I worked Wednesday and Thursday so I started fresh on Friday. I worked out 45 min. and logged in 13,426 steps which included a 6 1/2 mile walk. Then Saturday I walked another 6 1/2 miles and logged 14,039 steps. Today I worked out 50 minutes -- a sweaty, intense workout. Tomorrow I have to work so I am going to walk before I go to work knowing I'll be too tired when I get home. I've been eating very healthy as well. Thanks for the support!+

It's just a adjustment period for you, tomorrow is always a new day.I have been pigging out on ice-cream myself. SO.... A new beginning, I ended up my day with a fresh salad. Tomorrow is a new day for both of us.
