| yeah! did a health history with Emily, the pilates instructor. Have one set up for Friday, and hopefully a couple more to set up as well. Got some fun give-a-ways for my clients at trader joe's yesterday. | |

| Ooftah, busy week. Good stuff, created an email list of ppl on cycling that are interested in doing a health history. Met with a new new Pilates instructor that offered me a room to use in her studio to meet clients and opportunities to promote myself next week at one of her classes. She is awesome!! | |
