| THats great. You are so doing the right things. Just keep talking to people. So many give up at this point and already you are having success. Remember if you build a relationship that relationship can keep sending you customers indefinitely (BTW that link doesnt work)Have you set up a FB page? If so pop one of your birthing photos up each week | |

slowly slowly we are making progress. I have ordered my business cards and I also ordered some flush books which hopefully I can leave at some midwife clinics, doctors, ultrasound places etc. here is a link on how the book will looke like http://www.asovx.com/upload/Preview?projectId=BBEFF1772D87A6C0&webClientId=1 Then last Friday I went for the second time to the morning tea at the gold coast midwives. They are private midwife clinic who always have a morning tea for their previous customers. A little while ago I inquired if I can come too even though I didn't use their services (so wish I did) and one of the midwife's said yes. So along I went, and last friday I went for the second time. I showed one of the Midwives some of my photos and asked if I could bring my business cards and book once I have it. She said probably yes, we just don't advertise it to our customers but you can leave it here in the waiting room. I guess I just keep going and make an effort. So they get to know me better. Then today. Really I had a shocker of a few days. But I went to Flannery's and asked there if I could leave my cards. The girl said probably not close enough to their business but pointed out another lady that works there who is a Doula. I went and talked to her. Turns out she is just finishing up her website and needs birthing photos and actually was looking to find a birth photographer who she could promote! Cool huh? Still can't quite believe it. This week. I really really have to finish up the photos for Lara and hand over the DVD to her. Ok, that's it. More to follow soon. Cheers Angie |
