I went to the gym four times last week, two classes (1 cycling one total body fitness) and two times for 30 minutes each on they elliptical. I have been enjoying my cheat days for being successful!

I went to the gym 4 times last week. 2x elliptical for 30 minutes, 1 time swimming for 30 minutes and 1x 30 minutes of a cycling class.

I was on vacation in Canada this week so I wasn't able to go to the gym. I did four thirty minute blocks of exercise while on vacation that consisted of walking briskly up and down hills and stairs.

I went to the gym 3 days this week! I swam twice and ran on the elliptical once, each for thirty minutes for a total of 90 minutes.
