| This week was tough to complete because of school assignments, but I managed to do it. I had to stay at work bit late on a few days in order to finish my daily notes, but it was worth it at the end of the week when everything was up to date and will be ready to go on Monday. | |

| A couple of days this week I did not complete the client's daily notes. This caused me to have to spend 15 minutes the next morning playing catch up. This meant less time with clients and lost billing time. | |

| Still going strong with my commitment to complete all daily notes before I leave work for the day. Some days it's a real challenge because I am just ready to get home for the day, but it is so worth it the next day when everything is up to date. | |

| I noticed an added bonus of completing daily documentation of my client's notes before the end of the workday. I was late to work one day this week, and a coworker needed to see one of my clients. Since I had the notes completed for the previous day, she was able to jump right in where I had left off. Also, we were able to keep our notes in chronological order, since I did not have to complete the previous day's note in the space after my coworker's note. | |
