Progress has been made but a little slower than I'd like. Living my Ideal Day keeps me centered and making progress towards the result creates that incredible emotion regardless of the challenges that come up.

Very little energy yesterday. Hit the snack cabinet. Back on track today. Back is still tweaked. Need to wait til its 100% before hitting the gym.

ON a roll! Got some supplements and had a great workout today along with eating clean throughout the weekend except for a McDonalds sweet chili chicken wrap.

Is a cheat meal/day in order? It's interesting how I've had no interest in eating junk since I set this goal. However, weight is slowly dropping and needs to level off. Several challenges this weekend. Let's see what happens.
