I was successful at many items in this contract, but not all.

I planned meals which worked well, I planned movement which I mainly did well. I fell short two times.

I measured my cereal all but once. When I could, I purchased individual servings , like yogurt.

I made no stops for junk food.

I over ate on clif bars and had larger portions.

I am going to select two goals for my contract in this next period.
