| Nope darn it my wife's cookies got me over the last 2 days....oh well I'm coming into Christmas lighter, never missing one workout...leaning about the real me....and rather than be burned out I'm pumped for 2014. | |

| Man I can't believe how pervasive food has become in our society.....it's sad. Not only that....but these ridiculous diets that are promoted of eating every three hours...any family person with a career would have to be a selfish prick to spend enough time making 6 meals every day. I commit to getting ripped this year on a rational follow- able eating plan. | |

| Made it....I'm really super pumped about making this commitment. This time of year with kids, Halloween, Thanksgiving, all of the Christmas celebrations...it's weird how much food is becoming a part of our culture. I'm not buying in.....I'm staying lean, and by intermittent fasting I've been able to still enjoy myself for the most part.... | |
