No panda sticker for me, did not mind my sugar at all this weekend. Didn't binge on candy, but probably had a piece or two, and sugar in sauces and ketchup and whatnot.

Thanks, but naw, now that we are on the home stretch, I'm just going to think up a different November project --something that involves portion control, I think.

Sorry YW. Anything I could do to be helpful? Erik has been experimenting with unsweetened beverages to fill that yen - so far rice milk is the winner, and coconut water might also be good. Maybe you could try allowing only a drink or food exception each weekend day?
