Maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I commit to lose 30 pounds in 20 weeks. I commit to an average weight loss of 1.5 pounds a week. I commit to meet this goal through a balance diet and light to moderate exercise.
BALANCED DIET PLAN
1. journal food intake
2. consume 2 servings of fruit and 2-4 serving vegetables daily.
3. limiting junk food snack to one serving a day.
4. Consume no more than one non-diet soda a week
Exercise
1. walk 20-30 minutes twice a week.
2. 15-30 min of daily exercise

Increase exercise this week. Less emotional eating.
Drank 6 cokes for the week. Removed coke from
Main fridge to the basement. Drink them less often
When out of sight.

I did meet my weight loss goal for the week

Losing weight weekly. However, I am not meeting the
Requirements stated for a healthy lifestyle .
Definitely eating less but have not increased veggie
Or fruit intake. Still drinking 11/2 cokes a day. Consuming
More than 1 junk food snack daily. For the following week
No cokes and 2 junk food snacks a day. Weight is 196 lbs

Journal 2 days ago what I need to do better next week.
