Maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I commit to lose 30 pounds in 20 weeks. I commit to an average weight loss of 1.5 pounds a week. I commit to meet this goal through a balance diet and light to moderate exercise.
BALANCED DIET PLAN 1. journal food intake 2. consume 2 servings of fruit and 2-4 serving vegetables daily. 3. limiting junk food snack to one serving a day. 4. Consume no more than one non-diet soda a week Exercise 1. walk 20-30 minutes twice a week. 2. 15-30 min of daily exercise
