Eating amazingly healthily and following the 4-hour chef cooking guide. I will cook 4 meals a week, this can include repeats. I am not allowed: white or 'fake' brown bread, any white carbohydrates other than white rice, any boxed or packeted snack foods other than soup if the ingredients are of high quality, no sweet foods whatsoever other than honey twice a day maximum and dark chocolate once a day maximum, no milk except in egg dishes. I must report what I eat to one of my parents every day.
