clowery commits to:
I commit to exercising at least 3 times a week for 60 minutes each time. The workouts can include cardio and strength training. Exercising is defined as any bodily activity that helps you lose unhealthy fat/weight or maintains physical fitness if at a desired level. It also improves health and wellness. Examples include running, walking, lifting weights, swimming, jogging, and dancing just a to name a few. Nonexamples include sitting on the couch and normal everyday walking to move around.

I just completed my first workout this week and I put myself in somewhat of a difficult spot. This assignment is due Friday and now I am forced to work out the next two days back to back in order to meet my goal.

I did well working out over the holiday week cause I actually had more time to myself.

I did better with my workout last week. I hated doing the extra time so I did all my sessions in order to get back to my normal time this week. I also just completed my one for this week.

Well today is Sunday and I only succeeded in working out 1 day this week. Next week I am forced to work out longer. I think I did not succeed because I had a very busy week and I traveled to my home town on the weekend. I feel bad about not meeting my goal and will try harder next week.
