I commit to exercising at least 3 times a week for 60 minutes each time. The workouts can include cardio and strength training. Exercising is defined as any bodily activity that helps you lose unhealthy fat/weight or maintains physical fitness if at a desired level. It also improves health and wellness. Examples include running, walking, lifting weights, swimming, jogging, and dancing just a to name a few. Nonexamples include sitting on the couch and normal everyday walking to move around.
