Do one thing everday for the next 14 days.
Think of one thing you want to do that day, which is important/scares you/is on the to-do-list for too long/... -- commit 2 full hours to ONLY this task! NO mobile phone, no internet(except if necessary), put the timer on two hours and work straight with no "breaks"!!! Do it even if it is 3 in the night! TWO HOURS for ONE thing!
