Thursday, December 5 - Completed HIIT/Cardio. Jumped rope for HIIT. Ran for 20 minutes.

Wednesday, December 4 - Completed workout in 38 minutes, 57 seconds. Used 25# for chest press (usually use 30#), 20# dumb bells for split, reverse lunges and squats (total of 20 lbs lighter than usual for squats), 15# for Arnold press, started with 15 dropped to 12.5 for single arm rows.

Tuesday, December 3 - Completed HIIT/Cardio. Jumped rope for HIIT. Tried to run for 20 minutes. Very painful and not stable.

* Was my second round after back warmed up. Surprisingly, bench dips put most stress on lower back.
