Completed Friday's Leg Workout and Saturday's Cardio/HIIT tonight.

Leg Workout was a killer! Time was 37:96

Cardio - sprinted on treadmill 6 for 30/ rest for 30, hill climb, 6 sprints for 30/ 30 rest.

Dec 7 - completed Wed, Dec 4 All Muscle workout in 39.61 seconds

Also completed Thurs, Dec 5 Cardio/HIIT with sprinting on treadmill 5 times for 30 sec with 30 sec rest, variable hill climbs for 20 min, sprinting on treadmill 5/30 with 30 rest.

Dec 3 - Cardio HIIT - warm-up, jump rope-rest 5 rounds, treadmill run, jump rope-rest 5 rounds

The 3 minute challenge made me want to improve my jump rope scores!
