You don't need to list out your food log on the journal unless it helps you. also you don't and shouldn't keep your sugar under 20gms. Eat fruit and veggies as much as you need. Great Job! |

curl 10lb in 55 minutes
Breakfast greek yougurt w/ bluberries
Snack celery w/ hummus and slice ezieckel bread
Lunch Spinach/romaine salad w/ chicken, hard boiled egg, toms,cukes and green peps
Snack prograde w/ almond milk and athletic greens
Dinner 4 ham/ ground pork meatballs w/ brussel sprouts and almond milk
Snack raw almonds and cinnamon tea
HIIT completed in 34 minutes
I will never miss another workout and double up I was toast by the end of the day!!

Wed dec 4th
breakfast 2 scrambled eggs w/ spinach and mushrooms
small banana
snack raw almonds w/ hot cinnamon herbal tea
lunch vegetable soup, lean ground pork patty
snack celery w red pepper hummus
dinner chicken soup with spinach salad w a hard boiled egg
no workout- had a very sick kiddo and will makeup tomorrow.

snack prograde w/ almond milk and athletic greens
lunch pasta w/ alfredo sauce no bread, side salad w/ light vinegarette
snack 2 hard boiled eggs
dinner grilled chicken breast and tomato based vegetable soup and almond milk.
