I followed the nutrition guidelines. I finished the weighted exercises in 44 minutes.

I did 4 rounds of Black Friday Blaster. Instead of jump lunges, I did 20 step lunges each leg with 10lbdumbbells. I used 18lbs for the bent over rows, 10lbs for front raises.
