| I did Follow all the FFP Holiday guidelines for nutrition and did the workouts but quit reporting when I thought i didnt get things reported in time and got an unsuccessful period. Its asking me to submit again so I am! Dont want another $100 charge! | |

| For Tuesday, December 17th I completed the HIIT workout! 5 min warm up. Run for 45 sec rest for 25 sec. 5 rounds. Did this on my dads treadmill. 20 min of mod cardio then 5 more rounds of the 45 on 15 off! 5 min cool down. SWEAT! Also followed all FFP nutritional guidelines. | |
