Tuesday, Dec 3 - nutrition guidelines followed but saved reward meal for Wed Wednesday, Dec 4 - nutrition guidelines followed and enjoyed (sort of...was hoping for something more gourmet) a Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich for my reward meal while at a church function. Thursday, Dec 5 - nutrition guidelines followed and met with ease. "Other" foods are not appealing to me. Friday, December 6 CURSE of the "other" foods...mainly the poison SUGAR! Was baking gingerbread men with my class and dove right in the bag of red hots. Suffered all day and night with an excruciating sugar headache. Could not even tell you how OVER I was. Lesson learned? Most definitely. |

Sunday, Dec 1 - oops! had a handful of m&ms...bad! Monday, Dec 2 - m&ms DID NOT win today, I DID! Was tempted at work to grab a handful of sugary junk but kept saying...YOU CAN DO THIS. |

Friday, Nov 29 - Success! I followed all guidelines and had my last morsel of food way before 7pm. Saturday, Nov 30 - guidelines were followed again. So good to be back on track with fitness and nutrition. |
