| My failure to meet this goal on time helped lead me to read a book on why we are so bad at determining risks and probabilities. I learned how to overcome my own biases when planning for project completion and the time that will take (as well as whether the project is worth it and which methods to pursue). I've also discovered that I don't get much done on my own but can accomplish amazing things by using my abilities to connect with other people and motivate them, so I've adjusted my personal system for supporting my ability to be productive. | |

| I'm afraid I just haven't been fast enough with finishing this paper, though not for lack of commitment. I've been working steadily on it all day every day even since before I made this commitment. Inserting all the citations and figures just takes so long! I am very disappointed to be missing my goal. One thing I am happy about, though: I've gotten back my drive and I've been able to really clarify my thoughts and reasons for wanting to do this business as I've been trying to complete this paper. If nothing else, I've rediscovered my self-integrity, which is really the point behind my contract. | |

| Getting more nervous about the time! I have many typed pages and am organizing my thoughts, also worrying about how long the citations and figures and captions will take. | |

| I have started typing and am enjoying the process so far! Getting nervous about time, but what the heck. I am letting myself "do my worst," just slap it all down on paper and THEN reorganize it to make it all more coherent. I'm just staying in the flow. God save my eyes. | |
