Weight Loss Goal:
Maintain a weight of 148 lbs or less by December 25th 2013. I must take a picture of my scale with me on it and email it to my sister Delphine as proof. Healthy eating: I cannot go out to the restaurant, 7/11 or order any outside food (Queen Mary salad bar excluded) until Dec. 25th. I must eat no more than 3 times per day. So no snacking. Exercising: I must exercise 4 hours per week minimum. I must also go to the bootcamp training at least 3 times by Dec. 25th.
