today manage to 15kg 5 x 5. yesterday was able to do 55535 for 25 kg f squats. feel strain in left leg joint to hip. not sure if i fully squat.

today manage to do 5 sets of 12.5kg and 1 full set of 15kg. shd be able to accomplish 5 X 5 15 kg next week!!

today reach 5 full sets of 5 reps of 25 kg/side deadlift

still on track with sessions on 12, 13 jan.
squats has now increased to 25kg a side.
benchpress has now decreased to 15kg a side. need to do them with full extension.
now need to change to benchpress on friday
