I will not eat these foods for 30 days:
Pizza Burgers (beef or chicken) Chicken wings KFC Fast food chicken nuggets Cake Donuts I will actively work out at least three times in a seven day period. Working out is defined as any one of these: Run/walk Push ups Free weights Rowing machine Hour of soccer I will generate a minimum of 40,000 steps each 7 day period (starting Jan 1st) I will provide proof and records of physical activity online, and referee can ask family/friends.
