Sunday-
B- 2 eggs fried and 2 links chicken sausage
L- Protein Shake with 1 cup spinach and i cup strawberries
S- 1 oz almonds
D- 4 oz roasted chicken and 3 cups roasted cauliflower

great job! Make sure that you are doing a protein shake after your workouts to help you increase your calories. I don't see one on Friday.

Saturdays Log
B- Protein Shake with 2 cups spinach
S- 2 chicken sausage links
L- Egg white omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach
Dinner salmon with roasted tomato

Workout- Did HIIT ( 7 rounds) and thursday's workout ( 5 rounds)
Side front raises- 10lb DB
Dumbbell Pull To Overhead Press - used 10lb db ( taking it easy on shoulder)
DB step ups- 15lb DB- went down to 10 on round 4 and 5
