Breakfast: raspberry protein pancake. 1 cup raspberries (some in pancake).

snack: two eggs, 1 cup spinach

lunch: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup spring greens mix

snack: protein shake, 1 cup tomato

dinner: 4 oz turkey, 1 avocado,1 cup mustard greens

sugars: 12

water: 80 oz

Great job! Most important thing is you are trying to do as many pushups on your toes as you can. As you build strength you will be able to do more and more.

dinner: 6 ox beef, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup spinach, and protein shake

sugars: 15

water: 80 oz
