Sunday.
Waitress all day- eat when I can sneak something in -
9:00 - morning shake
12:00 - 3 eggs
3:30 - ground turkey w/ cauliflower
4:30 - ground turkey w/cauliflower
7:30 - just some steak :(
8:30 - protein w almond milk
Cheated with 3 strawberries tonight.. Lol. I guess on lifestyle that wouldn't be cheating. - I made 5 dz chocolate chip cookies and had none! So I'll take those 3 strawberries :)
No workout. :(. Much needed rest day. |

Saturday
Jennifer - per conversation with Scott before signing up, I need to swap some days out for CF. Im a coach and don't want to lose my position by "promoting another program". I can't disappear for 9 weeks. I will drop CF to 2-3 days. And do Scott's on opposite. Today was one of those days. (. I kicked my own ass today. Just not doing a FFP WO.... Lol
7:00 - normal morning shake
10:00 - protein with almond milk (did a 8:30 WOD)
11:30 - oats with bb and almonds (after a second 10:30 WOD) - went out to eat after opted for "lifestyle plan" day. Small cafe- only "safe" option
3:30- 3 eggs and carrots
5:00 - avocado pudding
Not a great food day (. Not a normal day.
Did hit calories, and stayed low sugar. Just not the best combos. :( |
