Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 rasher bacon with cup asparagus and fried banana.
Lunch: Stir fry with 3oz 1 min steak and veggies - broccoli,green pepper,red and yellow pepper total of 1 cup.
Snack 1oz almonds and walnuts.
Dinner: stir fry fish with veggies - broccoli, onion, green pepper, celery and ginger
Water 2 .5 litres
Sugar from 2 med bananas
Exercise: Fridays workout - 4 rounds and HIIT running

Breakfast:1 egg and 1 rasher bacon with fried asparagus and banana.
Snack: 1 oz almonds maybe 1/2 oz more
Lunch: Grilled chicken with salad of tomato and avo with vinegar and 2 teaspoons humous (chickpeas)
Snack: nuts again!
Dinner: 1 min steak with asparagus and broccoli and tomato
Water: 1.5 litres
Sugar: 20g
Did not get a workout in today. Will do extra tomorrow

Breakfast: 1 egg 1 rasher bacon cup of asparagus
Snacks: 1oz walnuts
Lunch: Grilled chicken 4oz 1/2 cup spinach green salad Medium sweet potatoe steamed with tumeric and lemon.
Snack: Sugar free dried fruit 1oz
Dinner: Same as lunch with green pepper and tomatoe
Snack 1 oz nuts
Rest day - yah!! Ha Ha!!
