Stay between 118 and 125, 118 to 127 for first three weeks. Calorie limit 1600 daily. Healthy eating: minimum 5 fruits and vegetables a day, good protein, restricting bad stuff. Exercise 4 full sessions a week. "Saving" and "making up" calories is allowed, but making up must be done within a week. In Florida, 5 and exercise rules are eased, but not calorie count.
