BFast - 1 Egg, 4 Egg Whites, ground turkey, spinach
snack - 1/4 Avocado, 1 ounce ALmonds, 1/2 Tomatoe
Lunch - 1/4 Avocado, 1/2 Tomato, Protein Shake
Snack - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Kale, Spinach
Dinner - 6 ounces lean grass fed steak, 1/2 head of Cauliflower

Rest Day!! YAY! :)

19 g sugar
bfast - 2 eggs, 2 egg white, broccoli, kale, red bell pepper, strawberries
Snack - 1oz almonds
lunch, Sashimi tuna and yellowtail, seaweed salad, avocado
shake - protein, athletic greens,
Dinner, Chicken and steak cooked in olive oil, sliced onion and bell peppers, avocado, homemade salsa
90 ounces water

workout - outside - ran one min, fast walked two. I am NOT a good runner, but pushed as hard as I could! :)
