Very long work day with little access to food.
This was not a great weekend. Lots of unexpected events. Did best with what I had available for food - Did workouts - just not Scotts. (unexpected max day at CF) was not able to get out of CF as much as I had hoped this week. Will plan to coordinate better next week. |

9:30 – protein shake – protein, strawberries, almond butter
1:00 – pork and beef chilli – (ate out – had minimal beans luckily- best option)
5:00 – ground beef and zucchini (olive oil)
6:00 – Avocado pudding
18 grams sugar

I must have not copied my whole draft yesterday (missed WO). I listed the WO that I did yesterday below. Will do a body weight circuit tomorrow after HIIT. And the second missed body weight Sunday. Rest day today. )
Friday - carb day
7:00 - Shake (protein, spinach, almond milk, cocoa, 1/2 cup strawberries)
10:30 oats with bb and almonds -3 eggs (krill oil taken)
1:00-1:30 4 oz lean beef - sweet potato
4:00- avacado pudding
6:30- Protein shake with almond milk
**. Need to hit grocery store- didn't realise I didn't have any veggies available....good thing for carb day and I had the sweet potato.
I didn't add up sugar, but know I didn't go over. All fruit servings were 1/4 cup only.
