Breakfast: 3 eggs made with coconut oil, spinach, and jalapeño 1/2 cup raspberries.
Snack: almond butter, celery
Lunch: 6oz of turkey, cucumbers,
Snack: cashews 19 kernels , raw broccoli and cauliflower cup
Dinner: 6oz of baked chicken green beans
Snack: bio trust shake with unsweetened almond chocolate milk.
Sugar total 17g

No workout rest day:)

Lunch: chicken spinach
Snack: Shake
Dinner: steak broccoli and kale chips
