Breakfast: 2 eggs with coconut oil, 1 chicken sausage, spinach, 1/2 cup raspberries
Snack: protein shake with super green food, 1 oz almonds
Lunch: grilled chicken with lettuce, 1/4 avocado
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, celery
Dinner: ground beef over lettuce, 1 chicken sausage

Lunch: ground beef over spinach, small sweet potato
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, cucumber
Workout: Fortune 500
Run, 100 squat thrusts, 100 bodyweight rows, 100 10lb DB squat to overhead press, 100 squats, 100 Spider-Man climbs
